Can I choose my print / colour-way for each delivery?
- Absolutely! You can login to your account and add a note up to 14 days before each delivery to specify which size / print combination you would like in your next delivery
What happens if I don't let you know my preference for my next delivery?
- If we don't hear from you, you will receive a surprise print (which will be one you have not received before)
Can I switch between the romper & the outfit bundle subscription?
- Absolutely! You might have signed up to the romper, but have a special occasion coming up where you'd like a full outfit instead, you can simply login to your account, select 'swap product' and select the subscription package you would like for your next delivery. This gives you maximum flexibility with your subscription!
Can I skip my next delivery?
- Yes, you can. Just login to your account and simply select 'skip'. Your deliveries will then resume the following cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but it must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next shipment date to avoid being charged for the next delivery. Login to cancel your subscription, at least 7 days before next shipment.
